Injectables are used to remove facial wrinkles and folds, fill and plump shallow areas, and give the face a smoother, better-contoured, and overall more youthful and attractive look. Injectables are safe and convenient non-surgical treatments and do not require any recovery time or downtime.
Neuromodulators for Wrinkles and Fine Lines
We offer a number of Neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau. Neuromodulators can last about 3-4 months depending on the type of neuromodulator, the area of treatment, and the amount of normal facial expression of each individual patient. Dr. Wendy Wong and our awesome Aesthetic Nurses will help you determine which one will be best for you.
Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau are neuromodulators that contain an active ingredient called Botulinum toxin type A. It is primarily used to relax away fine lines caused by repeated frowning, smiling, and other facial expressions. These muscle movements cause the muscles to become contracted, wrinkling the skin. Once injected into the contracted facial muscles, Botox interacts with the nerves in the area, causing the muscles and overlying skin to relax.
Crow’s Feet: These fine lines form at the edges of the eyes. Botox relaxes key muscles to make these lines disappear.
Horizontal Forehead Wrinkles: These horizontal furrows stretch across the forehead. They can be reduced in appearance with Neuromodulator injections.
Vertical Lines Between the Brows: These are also known as glabellar lines or “The Elevens”. When the glabellar muscles are relaxed with Neuromodulators, these disappear.
Facial Slimming: This is another popular treatment at our office, to narrow the face and jawline. Neuromodulators can provide treatment for an overly square jawline. When Botox is injected into the masseter muscles that create this issue, it allows them to relax out of their contracted state. This leads to a softening of the jawline’s shape, effectively slimming the face’s overall appearance.
Fillers for Volume
We offer a number of Fillers such as Juvederm Ultra XC, Voluma XC, Volbella, Vollure, Restylane L, Lyft, Refyne, Defyne, and Kysse. Fillers can last about 6-18 months depending on the type of filler and the area of injection. Dr. Wendy Wong and our awesome Aesthetic Nurses will help you determine which one will be best for you.
Facial fillers are different from neuromodulators like Botox, since they reduce wrinkles by creating volume rather than by relaxing muscles. These injectables are used in different parts of the face to restore volume to areas that have thinned out from aging. They can also add volume to areas like the nose, chin, and lips for cosmetic enhancement.
Lips: We are lip filler specialists and the “Komfy Kysse” is one of our most popular treatments. As we age, our lips become thin and droopy. Fillers can be injected to restore volume and definition to thin lips while lifting their corners. The “Komfy Kysse” is our painless lip filler that includes an advanced numbing technique to make it the best possible experience.
Vertical Lip Lines: Fine lines form around the lips as part of the aging process. These are also commonly known as smoker’s lines or lipstick lines. They can be corrected with the help of fillers.
Tear Troughs: These depressions beneath the eyes (“eye bags”) can be filled with the help of fillers, to reduce the hollowed out look or dark circles under the eyes.
Cheeks: Hollow-looking cheeks cause the appearance of facial gauntness. We can restore cheek volume for a more youthful look. Parentheses lines also form in these areas, and these can be treated with filler.
The Nasolabial Folds: The harsh facial wrinkles that stretch from the corners of the nose to the corners of the mouth are called the nasolabial folds. These are notoriously hard to treat. With the help of the fillers’ specialized formula, we can help to soften them.
Marionette Lines: These lines stretch down from the corners of the lips. Fillers are commonly used to treat them.
Chin: A weak or recessed chin can be volumized using filler. Deep dimples in this area can also be filled with fillers.
Jawline: Depressions in the jawline can be filled with the help of fillers, creating a more even appearance. Filler can also be added to create a stronger and thinner looking jawline.
Nose (Liquid Rhinoplasty): In many cases, injectables can be used to enhance the nose by filling areas to improve proportions. This non-surgical version of a nose job is known as liquid rhinoplasty.
Double Chin Reduction with Kybella
Kybella is an injectable treatment used to get rid of fat in the area below the chin, which is called the submental area. By doing this, it can reduce the appearance of a double chin. Kybella is composed of deoxycholic acid, a synthetic version of a chemical found naturally in the body. It destroys fat cells, which are then safely and naturally filtered out of the system.
We also have Coolsculpting for the double chin area that freezes the fat away. Dr. Wendy Wong and our awesome Aesthetic Nurses will help you determine which one will be best for you.

We care about your safety.
Since hyaluronic acid fillers are expensive, there are pharmaceutical companies out there that give extreme discounts to providers on products that are advertised as similar, but may not be FDA approved or imported illegally into the United States. It’s nearly impossible to know what exactly is in these products. At our plastic surgery office, you can feel safe and secure knowing that Dr. Wong and her team care about their patients to only offer FDA approved injectables that are permitted for use in the United States. Our patients trust us with their health and aesthetic needs; we refuse to gamble with risky products just to save a few dollars.
Call and schedule an exam today! Every patient has different anatomy and treatment goals. Dr. Wong will discuss the details and risks of filler injections and provide you with a highly individualized treatment plan. We look forward to meeting you!
